Damn, got forced off the road into a curb!

I was driving though this business park and someone tried to take a downhill turn too fast. They starting fishtailing and spinning towards me. This forced me off to the side of the road where I barely missed hitting the car but ended up skidding sideways into a curb. The curb only caught the underside of the front bumper barely missing my right-front wheel. Now my whole front bumper is shifted to the left, my hood won't close, the radiator and a/c are sitting cockeyed, the radiator fan shroud is pushed up against the tranny, the plastic front bumper is all warped and scratched underneath and the tow hook is totally bent. It looks like one of those simple repairs that'll cost over $1000. Damn, I didn't need this sort of thing right now. The person who came at me took off and no one else was around to witness this whole thing. I wanted to chase them but I instead pulled over to make sure nothing was leaking. I thought for sure that my wheel hit the curb and broke steering and drivetrain stuff...as far as I can tell it was only the stuff I mentioned before. My car does shake a little more at idle now but only every couple of minutes. It seems to run fine though.
